Server Room y y Sufficient server room space as per design attached 24 x 7 cooling in server room with temperature of 18 degree (100% redundancy i.e whatever tonnage is required for cooling should have a duplication of same as the ACs should be automatically be shut every few hrs to maintain cooling sustainability ) Dual UPS power supply for all server room equipment Thermometer at each server room Server room AC should have Bottom flow and precision Fire / Smoke detector at server rooms Dedicated Fire Extinguisher at server room Cable Riser under the falls floor Rack mountable dual-in Single-Out power units to connect the equipment which has single power supply 2 x 6 pair Single Mode / Multi Mode (depends on distance) fiber connectivity between the server rooms, terminated with FTUs at both sides

Floor Workstation y y Each Agent workstation with TWO 5 Amp UPS points Each Agent workstation with TWO CAT6E connection to Server Room (Assumption IP Soft phone will be used) Each TL & Manager workstation with FOUR CAT6E connection to Server Room Conference Room / Discussion room, etc will have sufficient CAT6E connection as per number of seats TSG store room with sufficient size as per attached Power cable and CAT6E cable should not go in same conduit at any place
