INDICATION

CONTRAINDICA TION -Allergy to amlodipine -impaired hepatic or renal function

-Short term treatment of active duodenal ulcer. -Treatment of heartburn, acid indigestion,

-Allergy to Ranitidine, Lactation.

Antibiotic Fluoroquinolon es

Treatment of adults with communityacquired pneumonia caused by susceptible bacteria including multidrug resistant strains.

Allergy to fluoroquinolones

-nausea -vomiting -Abdominal pain -diarrhea or constipation -drowsiness -blurred vision -dizziness

-advice to take oral drug without regard to meals. If an antacid is needed, do not take it within 2hours of levofloxacin dose. -advice to drink plenty of fluids while using this drug. - Advise patient that drug is only for short term use and to consult the physician if giving to children for longer than 5
