PLACE OF INSPECTION :SKM Sharjah- UAE DATE OF INSPECTION : December 15, 2011 and January 08, 2012 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1. INSPECTED ITEMS: 06 AIR CONDITIONING PACKAGE UNITS (02) units for model # PACF-6070RM and (04) units for Model PACF- 6140 RM 2. SPECIFICATION APPLIED: Tests were carried out according to the followings: - SEC Specification # 73-TMSS-1 & 01-TMSS-01, PTS -07EN305 - Technical Submittal / Standard Catalogue. - Vendor ITP SCOPE OF INSPECTION The following activities were carried out as per vendor ITP and applied relevant documents. Documents Review, Control Functional / Run test, HI POT TEST, Nameplate Verification and Final Visual Inspection::

One unit of TAG # PACU 4 and one unit of TAG # PACU 6, and one unit TAG# PACU 1 were selected for witnessed testing. For other 03 unit factory test records were reviewed. 1. 2. 3. 4. Visual Inspection for Marking / Models / Ratings. High Pot (Megger) Test. Functional Test for Blowers, Fans & Compressors. Functional Test for Valves gauges and Pressure Switches.

The following tests were performed on:

Page 2 5. Measurement of Motors Currents. 6. Inspection of Electrical Control Panel. 7. Review of Factory Test Records. INSPECTION RESULTS AND COMMENTS: Below were the inspection comments and SKM reply, which were required as per 73 TMSS-1, Technical Submittal. INSPECTION COMMENTS:

1. Each Unit should be provided with an integral control panel in NEMA 4, enclosure ( SEC Request ), SKM confirmed that enclosure is NEMA 4, could not be confirmed). 2. For PACU 1, 2, 5 & 6, unit model mentioned in selection sheet and data schedule, as PACF 6140 RM, whereas on name plates and factory test records, mentioned as 6140M, without letter R (R shows the power supply as 380 Volts, 3phase, 60hz). 3. In fitted SS, name plate, full information as SEC requirements, not available. ( I remove # 4 it is same as # 3 ) 4. As per clause 4.4.6.h, vendor has to provide two sets of matching fan belts for each unit but could not found. SKM POINTS WISE BELOW REPLIES FOR COMMENTS, 1. SKM complied with NEMA 4 as per SEC Specification# 73-TMSS-01-R0, and SKM confirmation letter that NEMA 4 is complied. 2. There is no difference between them, however it will be corrected in revised name plate 3. Revised Name Plate will be provided at site. 4. Spares of belts Will be provided at Extra (loose items) INSPECTION RESULTS CONCLUSION: - Tests and checks performed gave satisfactory results as shown in attached test certificate. - Unit Color RAL 7038 The inspected 06 PACU units were considered acceptable as per applied specifications.
