1.2 Purpose:
Knowledge Based Community Sharing System (KBCSS) is a web application, which provides an environment of interaction between educational institutions (faculty/students/researchers) and industry experts (HR managers) to enhance the technical skills and to share their knowledge with thier fellow students or faculty/students/researchers. Its even aim to provide mutual cooperation between different users through learning by mining (previous discussions),mainly to replace existing e-learning system i.e. unidirectional teaching (faculty to students) to bi-directional.

1.2 Scope:
 There are four basic users-Student,Facutly,Industry experts,Admin.  All users can have their particular profiles.  Student can access notes (pdf,videos),write online exams, receving messages ,online interaction with faculty, mailing to admin
