    HOW TO USE the Singh Active Colpotomizer System (SACS)

    1.Place symphysis plane over edge of OR table.

    2. Assemble uterine manipulator

    3.Hydrotubation port allows uterine tip to slide during op. Will not lock.

    4. Sound the uterus.

    5. Present uterine tip length

    6. Cervical fixation down to O Ring. Suture anterior lip Cx to cannula if desired.

    7. Slide colpotomizer with lip posterior.

    8. Slide colpotomizer on manipulator.

    9. Push colpotomizer to vault.

    10. Attach vaginal plug for capacious vagina.

    11. A wet pack placed around colpotomizer if CO2 leakage occurs during colpotomy.

    12. Attach tenaculum holder.

    13. Rotate colpotomizer as directed.

    14. Attach to positioner if available.

    15. Closure probe to suture vault.

    16. Positioner to hold closure probe. Probe suitable for colposacropexy.

    17. U/V fold raised at TLH.

    18. Cervical fixation presents clear access for posterior colpotomy. NOTE Step 1.
