PROGRAM MODE: To change program parameter program mode is used. To active
program mode GCU 104 is in manual mode and generator is in OFF condition.

Then press the HORN key continuously for 2 seconds GCU 104 LCD display show following settings Reset service due Set date / time Fault / data log menu Calibration

HORN

(To enter in set parameters menu) set the course pointer with the help of UP & DOWN arrow key in front of set parameter.

Then press ENTER key

LCD display shows PASSWORD: 0000 (For e.g. password is 1234) To set the password press HORN KEY , the display shows 1000 message on the display Then press up arrow key after that press HORN key tow times, the Module display shows 1200 message on the display.(That means to set the course for particular location press up arrow key & to increment the password value press HORN KEY) LCD display shows PASSWORD: 1234 Then press, ENTER key in set parameter menu there are 30 parameters for key push button setting. LCD display show following message. Parameter no :- 1 Mains low voltage Range:- 90 190 volts (120) To enter in next parameter press ENTER key & to increment the significant value press up arrow key & to decrement the significant value press down arrow key.

To exit from set parameters menu press TEST key.
