To ensure consistent trend monitoring, irrespective of who is doing it, apply predictive maintenance target point label - fig. 4 Use the visual in fig 5 to detect the chain tension, and provide simple instruction when the tension is slack. In the example, 3 links are first removed, and adjustment block moved to maintain proper chain tension. If the adjustment block moves outside the green area, replaces the chain.
