The company EUROPA PEE CO. LTD. acting as the legal seller with full legal corporate authority and
responsibility, confirm under penalty of perjury that we are ready, willing and able to offer for sale the
following commodity as stated below.

COMMODITY Alluvial (Au Gold Dust)

PURITY/FINENESS 22+ Carat
QUALITY 96%
QUANTITY 200 KG
ORIGIN Ghana
DELIVERY The shipment will be carried out via KIA, Accra, Ghana.
PRICE USD (United States Dollars) 17,500 per kg dependant on the proven quality assay
refinery report.
PAYMENT The Buyer will make payment after ASSAY RESULT in Ghana.

PROCEDURE The buyer/buyer’s representative is expected to Come down to Ghana for

Inspection and having a meeting with the above organization.
1. The seller will export as soon as possible the gold dust to buyer destination.
2. The seller presents the documents of the delivered gold dust/Bars.
3. The buyer concludes all customs formalities and pays the import sales tax.

CONTRACT Full corporate contract for a monthly delivery is to be signed after the first successful
test delivery for an initial period of two week.

The buyer can discuss or ask for changes to the procedures which will be agreed by the seller before proceeding.
