STATEMENT OF FACTS

The parties stipulate that the allegations in Count One of the Indictment and the following
facts are true and correct, and that had the matter gone to trial the United States would have
proven them beyond a reasonable doubt.

1.

Beginning in or around August 2011, and continuing through on or about October

20, 2011. in Sterling, Virginia, in the Eastern District of Virginia, the defendant, ANN JENENE CINNAMON, also known as "Ann Jenene Greer," (hereinafter "the defendant") did unlawfully
and knowingly cause another to travel in interstate commerce from Washington, D.C.. to Sterling. Virginia, and used and caused another to use a facility of interstate commerce,
specifically a telephone, with the intent that murder be committed in violation of the laws of

Virginia as consideration for the receipt of, and consideration for a promise to pay and agreement
to pay. something of pecuniary value, namely a sum of money.
