Type 0 and set up the profile.

Type save and press f3.

Option 1: Please setup the program name and set the options as Y for both. This option will be used in case if you are calling the program with direct transaction name on it. Start Y . This option will move the cursor to the start of the program Check Y . This option will check for the latest load module available in development and take it for testing.

Traps for subprograms: Option 2 will be used in case if the called program name is a subprogram and you will have to mention the details.

User id will vary for all. Terminal id will be auto populated. Transaction id which you are planning to invoke. Program name which you are planning to invoke. Press save and f3.

Press pause break and trigger main transaction to view main menu. Select the option to see the trace master below. Currently we don t have access to it. We will be having once the development refresh is in place.

I have attached a pdf containing list of options which we can use in tracemaster. We have to logoff tracemaster before leaving for the day, since trace master session will be running at the background and we will get a escalation email from system admin on daily basis.
