INTERNET CENSORSHIP

In the recent years, there have been many revolts and protests all around the world. Some of them had been organized using the powerful tool known the internet. Many governments have considered censoring the internet to stop these uprisings, even the countries with a democratic government. Russia believes that censoring the internet would contradict to the laws of it's constitution and would destroy the freedom of speech of an individual. Russia also believes that internet censorship is not the right solution to prevent copyrighted content from spreading. It believes that censoring the internet for piracy would completely shut down the internet and lead to the censoring of websites with no intentional copyright infringement. Techniques to censor the internet of the entire world such as ACTA and TPP are dangerous for the freedom of the people and Russia urges other countries to stand against internet censorship.

HYDROGEN FUEL
Technology is improving. Technology is being made cheaper. Technology is being made more. It seems like a perfect situation. What could possibly go wrong? For this technology, fuel is needed. The present day use of fossil fuels could lead to more pollution and cause global warming. A new fuel is needed. Hydrogen fuel is a fuel with all the wanted characteristics. Russia, being the world's largest producer of natural gas, acknowledges that it's carbon dioxide emissions are high and is willing to take action to reduce it's dependance on fossil fuels and to make it's environment better. Since, hydrogen fuel doesn't emit anything harmful, Russian scientists are researching on an effective way to extract this fuel. Hydrogen is very hard to obtain in pure form and it is very costly to separate it with water or any other element with hydrogen with present technology. Russia believes that this high cost of extracting hydrogen will

make it's benefits negligible. Russia supports the idea of hydrogen fuel but recommends to use other efficient fuels such as elecricity.
