PATTERN: 1R: (RS) * K3, K2tog., Yo, K1, Yo, sl1, K1 psso. repeat from * across row 2R: P across 3R: K2, * K2tog., yo, K3, yo, sl1, K1 psso, K1, repeat from * across row, end yo, K 4 4R: P across 5R: K4, * yo, sl1, K2tog., psso, yo, K5, repeat from * across row, end yo, K1 6R: P across 7R: K across 8R: P across Repeat these 8 rows for pattern. With No. 2 needles cast on 80 sts. and work in ribbing K1, P1 for 2 inch., incr. 32 sts. at even intervals across last row of ribbing (112 sts.) Change to No. 4 needles and pattern and work even until piece measures 29 inch. above ribbing. Change to No. 2 needles, ribbing and decr. at even intervals across first row to 80 sts. Work in ribbing K1, P1 for 2 inch. Bind off loosely K as K and P as P. FINISHING: Sew up each side for 5 inch. to form sleeves. Crochet 1 row s.c. around shruggee. Steam lightly.
