Blithfield & Co. began out of a love for collecting antique textiles, according to founders Elizabeth Downing and Anne Dubbs. Most of the fabrics and wallpapers in the collection were inspired by 19th, 20th and 21st century designs. Blithfield & Co. is known for painterly florals and graphic prints with simple motifs, including the screen-printed designs of Peggy Angus, the prolific designer of folk-inspired patterns, which are available on linen fabrics and wallpaper.
