    Subject:- Prayer For Refilling The Missing Attendance. Sir, With due request, I would like to inform you that I am a student of your esteemed department bearing class roll 091-573 (4th Batch). I would like to also inform you that I was seriously ill from 06-05-2011 to 21-05-2011. Thats why I was unable to attend in the class and missed some attendance in every course. But except these days I have 100% attendance in every course. So I need your kind consideration about the matter.
