InTouch
Wonderware's InTouch HMI software for visualization and industrial process control offers outstanding ease of use and simple-to-configure graphics. InTouch 10 is a powerful new version which offers a host of new capabilities and significant enhancements that result in tremendous improvements in both operational and engineering productivity and greater value for Engineering, Operations and IT departments. InTouch 10 includes all prior version functionality and extends it with new graphics capabilities based upon ArchestrA technology. Notes: Please refer to the Sys. Platform Tab for InTouch for System Platform licenses. Refer to the Dev Studio-Toolkits Tab for Wonderware Development Studio licenses which include InTouch and IDE development environments. InTouch Runtime Read-only replaces the old FactoryFocus name. All InTouch Runtime v10.0 licenses on this Tab enable only InTouch version 10.0, not previous versions. To enable previous InTouch versions, refer to the Classics Tab.

Terminal Services Edition (TSE): Please note the change in product name - exp. "InTouch v10.0 TSE". When ordering InTouch TSE: (xx-xxxxT or xx-xxxxTP) The T at the end of the part numbers indicates Terminal Services soft license file and the TP indicates a paper license. The T soft license file is installed on the Terminal Server console and includes one Application Server Session license. For additional TSE clients (2 or more), order the TP part number which includes one Application Server Session license. TP paper licenses will be listed on the paper License Certificate accompanying all orders. For InTouch Runtimes the highest tag count license must be a T soft license file and include I/O if needed. The additional client licenses connecting to the Terminal Server will be paper. Hardware keys can be ordered for the T part numbers. Use double suffix on part number, e.g. xxxxxxTD or xx-xxxxTU. A Wonderware Client Access License (WW CAL) is required for all sessions accessing data from a Wonderware Historian Server. WW CALs are purchased separately. One WW CAL is required for each session that connects to the database via a plant network, Internet, or Intranet. WW CAL includes a Microsoft SQL Server CAL except where noted. The WW CAL is needed for any session whether the client software is from Wonderware, Microsoft, or any third party.

InTouch Failover System (TSE): Licenses to be used on a Terminal Services failover system can be purchased for 20% of the non-discounted list price of the licenses used on the primary system. Licenses for Terminal Services failover system can be purchased at time of initial purchase or later with proof of purchase of primary licenses. Applicable licenses include InTouch Runtime, InTouchView Client, InTouch for System Platform, Factory Focus, Active Factory, InBatch/Flex Formula, TS Clients and FS Client Access Licenses (FS CAL2000) only. General License and Pricing Terms

Licensing Note: License enforcement is by End User License Agreement, License Certificate, a software license file, and an optional hardware key (dongle), except Toolkits, Terminal Services sessions for InTouch and InTouch for System Platform, MS SQL Server, WW CAL's and Crystal Reports that are paper licensed instead of a license file. All licenses, whether software license file or paper license, require company information including name and address. To specify a soft license file locked to a hardware key (dongle) add a "D" to the part number for dongle (e.g. 97-1021D), add a "U" for USB key (e.g. 97-1021U) or add an "E" for existing dongle (not available on some product licenses). . Language Note: English Wonderware Components are supported to run on English operating systems. Localized components (InTouch) are supported to run on the associated localized operating system.

Pricing Terms: (A) Wonderware reserves the right to amend its price list by adding and/or deleting products offered therein at any time. In the event Wonderware deletes any product from the price list, a buyer may continue to place orders for such product(s) for thirty days after Wonderware's announcement of deletion of the product from the price list provided the requested delivery dates do not extend more than sixty days beyond the announcement or the expiration date of this agreement. In the event that an ordered product has been discontinued, Wonderware, at its option, may substitute an equivalent product at no additional cost to the buyer. (B) Wonderware reserves the right to amend its price list by increasing or decreasing the price of any products offered therein at any time. Price increases shall be effective for orders received by Wonderware more than thirty days after the announcement by Wonderware of such increase. Price decreases shall be effective immediately upon announcement by Wonderware and shall apply to all orders received subsequent to said announcement.
