STRESS IS AN OUTSIDE FORCE OR EVENT THAT HAS AN EFFECT ON OUR BODY OR MIND. STRESS IS ONE OF THE TOP HEALTH HAZARDS WE FACE TODAY. UNFORTUNATELY, ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GO THROUGH LIFE WITHOUT THE IRRITATIONS THAT MAKE US TENSE. SOME PEOPLE DEAL WITH THE SITUATION BETTER THAN OTHERS. STRESS CAN COME FROM ANY SITUATION OR THOUGHT THAT MAKES YOU FEEL FRUSTRATED, ANGRY, NERVOUS OR ANXIOUS.

MEANING
THE STRESS IS A PHYSICAL, MENTAL, OR EMOTIONAL RESPONSE TO EVENTS THAT CAUSE BODILY OR MENTAL TENSION. STRESS IS THE DYNAMIC CONDITION IN WHICH A PERSON IS FACED CONSTRAINT & STRAINS. STRESS IS DISCOMFORT OF AN INDIVIDUAL.STRESS DOES NOT ALWAYS HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT. SOMETIMES IT IS ALSO A SOURCE FOR DEEP INSPIRATION TO WORK AND INCREASE PERFORMANCE.
