Consider and, if Appropriate Take Action to Approve the Corrected Copy of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Year Ended August 31, 2011 The audit can be accessed through the Beaumont ISD Web Site at http://www.beaumont.k12.tx.us/CAFR-2011.pdf The report consists of managements representations concerning the finances of the District. Consequently, management assumes full responsibility for the completeness and reliability of all of the information presented in the report. The financial statements of the District have been prepared by district staff and audited by Gayle W. Botley & Associates, a firm of licensed certified public accountants. Representatives will be present to answer questions the Board may have regarding the report. Administration recommends approval of the Corrected Copy of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Year Ended August 31, 2011.
