SOMEONE TELL JEAN 2 To whom it may concern: My analysis of the problem in sales, then further research has lead the team to conclude that Aquine needs to effect a change in precision. That changing the marketing plan is ubiquitous. Jean believes that there is a Marketing problem. Amanda believes that your watches are falling short of Swiss Timing. While Aquine has a lot to thank Jean Dubois for his Precision Tourbillon, he may be too proud to admit that there could be something wrong. Aquine requested that the team suggest some research and base my conclusions on those findings. This research included: Perceptions on Chronometers; is your watch certified, SOCC certification is proof of quality, are you going to buy a Chronometer within six months, will you pay more, how much are you willing to pay. Researched the Mechanical watch industry; Industry size, market share and projected growth rate. We also analyzed customer response to Advertising. In our findings the team learned that precision was tantamount to the customer. So we asked what our watches were failing on. The results gave us valuable information on our precision. During the third cycle, the team made a decision about buying machinery. The stakeholders had different opinions as to the proper course of action the organization should take. However, I made an executive decision and bought upgrades for the machinery which includes: Precision Poising, Movement Holders and Timing Machine. This was in hopes that these simple changes will make the watches the most accurate on the planet. In summary, we proved that response to marketing was not the problem, that our watches were having some problems with precision and that it was also not Jean Dubios fault. These simple problems with precision were associated with the manufacturing process and our need to upgrade or replace our tools. Please someone go tell Jean.
