INTRODUCTION We present here the assignment given to us by our professor in the BQM seminar. Our group consisted of 5 members each with unique abilities, or maybe said skills. We work together as a team a very consistent one and watched the fruit of our labor emerge as we were approaching the finalization of our project. PLANNING The plan was very simple as we already did projects together and not to say that we know each other very good, we divided our tasks. Being 5 boys we did not ecounter barriers of communication, everything went very smooth. We struggled to meet the guidelines that our teacher gave us and managed to emerge victorious from our point of view. DELIVERING Our goal was first to choose a company that will have complex information on all the subjects regarding Business Quality Management. As Ive said we divided our task and were very thorough in researching our tasks at hand. The production of the project took place in 5 meetings, count out the dates that we met in-between courses, we did this because we wanted to create a masterpiece. Every member got to put his style in the project, it was hard to put them together, because of our great communication and understanding level. After all it was in each members great interest that we understand the concepts discussed in the content of the project. In our final meeting we realized that it wasnt such a difficult task and managed to give our best against all odds. REVIEWING All in all we were able to create a pretty good project, we created bonds, we acted as a close circle of friends not colleagues, maybe this is because we are able to perform great things and did not realize it up until now. CONCLUSION To sum up, we managed to do all in time did not encounter obstacles, more importantly it was an assignment that we enjoyed, through out the whole process of creation.
