    Note [1] The student is advised to fill in all the details correctly and email the soft copy to mitee.pwps2012@manipal.edu and mitee.pwps2012@gmail.com by Jan 20, 2012. [2] The student is also advised to inform his / her supervisor that such a report is being emailed to the Practice School Coordinator.
