Being money loaned to the Company as per attached General ledger print out from Wildlife Pictures Limited, marked as “A” and as per the attached Balance Sheet of Wildlife Pictures Limited as at 31° March 2009 that you have signed and dated 9" April 2010 marked as “B*. The Creditor requires you within 15 working days of the date of service of this demand (or such longer period as the High Court may order); (a) To pay the Debt to the Creditor; or (b) To enter into a compromise under Part XIV of the Companies Act 1993; or (c) To enter into an agreement with the Creditor in relation to payment of the Debt; or (d) To give the Creditor a charge over your property to secure payment of the Debt, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Creditor.
