To be taken in case where co-applicant wants to remove his name and incorporate the name of the other co-applicant

That on the Developer acceding to my request and accordingly removing my name and incorporating the name of Sh./Smt. ______ S/o./D/o./W/o. Sh. ________ in the allotment letter and issuing the fresh allotment letter accordingly, I hereby indemnify the Developer for any loss (s), damage (s) or consequence (s) that may arise as a result thereof and I hereby undertake that I will make good any loss or damage suffered by the Developer arising therefrom. ________, R/o.
