8My Achi Pro Profile for reflow/lifting rsx: 1.00 85 180 1.00 140 45 1.00 170 50 1.

00 225 200 -0.01 Top-heater distance from chip: 2.5cm give or take. Bottom-heater temp: 260 After the beep I am able to lift the rsx with a vacuum . ..

These are the slightly adjusted profiles I have been using for quite a few month s with no problems at all...... Board set so GPU is closest to front on the machine (facing you) and TC position ed 2mm away from bottom right of GPU. Ive never pre-baked ever and never use any kapton. The only tape I use is alumin um to protect ram chips and any close caps (Dont put the aluminum right up to the edges of the GPU). I use Chip Quik flux f or reflows / lifting and Kingbo RMA218 for re-attaching the chips. The only thing I use for cleaning is MEK and any epoxy that is around the chip i s always removed. 500+ Reballs now and counting And only on 2nd set of TC's lol. Oh and for the doubters about reballs not lasting.... I have only ever had less than 10 returns and this was when I was still learning how to use the machine co rrectly.... many moons ago Just remember that you cant fix them all.... but if you are working on a virgin console and it doesnt work then this is when you should be questioning your tech nique / procedures LEAD FREE - (Top Heater 32mm above board - Bottom temp 260c with TC just above h eatplates) R1 85 - 180 R2 140 - 45 R3 170 - 45 R4 225 - 45 LEAD - (Top Heater 32mm above board - Bottom temp 260c with TC just above heatpl ates) R1 85 - 180 R2 150 - 55 R3 185 - 55

achi ir pro sc leaded reattachment profile bottom temp 280 dwell 1 180 temp 85 c dwell 2 125 c dwell three 200 c 25 seconds But honestly guys if you line the chip up correctly any profile that exceeds 185 c will work i often just use the lead free profile sometimes when reattaching a nd it works fine
