3. Plans for Improving the Pass percentage


Special attention will be given for two marks questions since it contributes 40% of marks Students failed more than one subject in internals, should write retest Students should be frequently motivated for higher studies placement activities, as being followed which indirectly increase the pass percentage Yoga and other mind refreshing techniques can be introduced New staff members have to be trained by outsourced experts for imparting effective counseling Frequent parent counseling to be carried out for poor performance and lacking of attendance

Specific learning disability problem of students have to be solved (Ex. lateral entries) Special seminars on Presentation skills for exams proposed Absent in University exams should be discouraged, Suggested for de-enrolling in next semester More than 10 arrears students should not be allowed to move to the 5th semester - a suggestion Conducting model exams for arrear students should be made compulsory Open book assignment on previous University question paper should be given for arrear students
