    The 24th SCUAA NCR OPENING PROGRAM will take place at ULTRA. The program includes a parade of athletes at 1:00 pm followed by the national anthem, welcome remarks, an inspirational message, and performances by the TUP Chorale. Officials including the TUP president and PSC commissioner will give remarks. A ceremonial toss will be held among SUC NCR presidents and commissioner. Basketball games will follow with a production number and oath of sportsmanship before the declaration of the opening and exit of athletes.
