$25,000 is available through the City of Clearwater for home repairs.

For Example:
 Roof systems including soffit/fascia  Plumbing repairs  Electrical repairs  Doors and/or windows replacements  ADA modifications

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for the Citys Housing Rehabilitation Loan program, you must own and occupy a single-family detached home, townhouse or villa located within the city limits of Clearwater, and the comparable sales value from Pinellas County Appraiser does not exceed $150,000. The assistance will be in the form of a deferred payment loan or a low interest loan, depending on a households income (other conditions also apply).
