INTRODUCTION
HEALTH is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. (WHO) Changes in the work environment (jobs are becoming more sedentary, lack of time for proper nutrition, worklife imbalance) have led to a change in the balance between physical and mental activity. We understand that each individual requires basic simple ways to deal with day to day stress and long range game plan of lifestyle & behaviour modification to reduce stress overall and that is what we teach in our workshops.

Ana Radic
Ms. Ana has been doing hobby art since childhood and practicing yoga and meditation for 14 years. In her work she joins it all in order to get the best out of people creativity, self-awareness and self-esteem as steps on the way to happier and more fulfilled life.
