www.CentralAsiaWater.org Water is life. An adult can survive without food a few weeks, but human body car't go more than a few days without water. Yet 1.1 billion people do ot have access to safe water and 2.4 billion are without sanitation, Intelligentsia raises awareness in various local as well as international communities, by helping to educate involved citizens, build water wells, fund water conservation projects, conduct rivers cleanups and install sanitation systems, As an front-runner, Intelligentsia in cooperation with Rotary International, CARE International and SilkRoad Science & Engineering initiated a development project to design and construct drinking water and sanitation systems in Central Asia region. Intalligentsia’s trainees in Florida have prasented the project objectives and achievements to many Rotary clubs and raised more than $100,000 in donations and grants. This money is being used for purchasing water supply system materials in Tajikistan and otter post-Soviet republics of Central Asia.
