I am writing to inform you about weak fire fighting skills in my department. Since the accidental fire flared in my department I felt that my staff is well equipped but is lack in fire fighting skills. Arranging a training program on Fire Fighting might help our department in tackling such accidental fire. Also, this training would make our department safer. Therefore there is need of at least two supervisors and ten workers to be trained in fire-fighting skills. We want this training on urgent basis so that in case of such incident my staff could fight it effectively. We are looking forward for your positive response and your kind consideration. Thank you
