Materials: 200 g Ullcentrum Linea linen yarn or 200 g Ullcentrum 2-ply wool yarn Crochet hook size 4 mm/ US G The shawl is worked top down Abbreviations (US terms): ch = chain sl st = slip stitch sc = single crochet dc = double crochet ch sp = chain space Tip Bobbles are made with half made dc Start with 1 sl st in middle st of the 7 chained, ch1 Work five double crochet into same stitch, leaving the last loop of each on the hook Yarn over and pull yarn through all six loops on the hook

Pattern ch 5 and form into a ring with a sl st Row 1: ch3, 2dc, ch2 (= middle stitches, tip of shawl) 3dc, turn Row 2: ch3, 2dc in ch sp-1, 1 dc in ea ch sp up to middle st, 2dc, ch 2, 2 dc in middle st, 1dc in ea ch sp until second to last ch sp, 3dc in last ch sp, turn Repeat row 2 until 35 rows are worked = 105 st at ea side of middle st, do NOT turn but work 3sc around ea dc along upper edge of shawl Edge: Row 1: 1sc in ch sp-1, *ch7, skip 3 ch sp, 1sc in next ch sp (= ch7, 1 sc in every 4th ch sp)*, repeat *-* until middle st, ch7, 1sc in middle st, repeat *-* until end of row, ch 7, turn Row 2: Work 1 bobble in middle st on 1st ch sp, *ch7, 1 bobble in middle st of next ch sp*, repeat *-* until middle st, ch7, 1 sc in middle ch sp, repeat *-* until end of row Repeat row 2 until end of yarn or required size Break yarn and pull through last st Weave in all loose ends Dampen shawl, block it and leave to dry
