    The main aim of this project is to reduce BER in MIMO systems and also to improve the efficiency of the SNR by using STBC technique. The exact SER of the joint diversity scheme can be derived from M-ary QAM and M-ary PSK modulations in flat Rayleigh fading channels. By using various modulation schemes BER will be reduced and thus performance of SNR in the 4x4MIMO communication systems will be improved.

    Improved SER Analysis of Joint Diversity Scheme in MIMO Systems

    Abstract--- The main aim of this project is to reduce BER in MIMO systems and also to improve the efficiency of the SNR by using STBC technique. To investigate a joint diversity scheme combining space-time block codes (STBC) and various modulation schemes in a Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) system. The exact SER of the joint diversity scheme can be derived from M-ary QAM and M-ary PSK modulations in flat Rayleigh fading channels. By using various modulation schemes BER will be reduced and thus performance of SNR in the 44MIMO communication systems will be improved.
