Know everything about closing a project and contracts as well. 11. Difference between types of charts and what they are used for histogram, f low chart, control chart, cause & effect diagram 12. Exploiting a positive risk. 13. SWOT analysis. 14. What is a Bill of Materials BOM. 15. Concept of Rolling Wave planning 16. Not so mucharound contract types. 17. Difference between a project and an operation;between product scope and pr oject scope. 18. Nothing on PERT calculation. 19. Change control as a concept of good project management practice. 20. Questions may put you in the position of Project Manager or ask what you t hink the PM should do next. 21. No standard deviation questions.
