Open Tally with Gateway of Tally 2. Press key D S S 3. Press Key Alter + E 4. Press Back space and enter in format and select XML format and give your file name 5. Press enter and export data 6.Now open Second Tally and close first tally in which export data

Key:- How to type Export file name in import data E.g.-C:/Tally/Type your Export file name ( Give path of your export data with file name ) Choose one option from above three option and press enter Note : - Export And Import Tally version compulsory Same.
