    1) Reporting Timings and Date-Company specific or half an hour early from standard office timings. 2) Uniform 3) University I-Cards 4) 10 PP Photographs 5) Follow Company Guidelines 6) Carry letter from University 7) Carry specific Formats/ Entry Pass 8) Joining Report / Form- by mail to CR 9) Mentor details within 7 days of joining-Name, Designation, Address, Email, Mobile no and landline 10) No extension of dates unless approved by AD IR- Written communication to be received from company 11) Provide your new Mobile no and landline 12) Performance Evaluation Form by Mentor- Sealed Envelope 13) Any other issue- To be raised to IR 14) SIP report- 3 Hard Copies and Soft Copy 15) Certificate of submitted Report 16) Report back at campus 17) Feedback.
