SBI Mutual Fund is a joint venture between the State Bank of India and Socit Gnrale Asset Management, one of the worlds leading f und management companies that manages over US$ 500 Billion worldwide.

OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the research project was to study the two instruments and make a detailed comparison of the two.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVE
To study about the mutual funds industry. To study the approach of investors towards mutual funds and ulips. To study the behavior of the investors whether they prefer mutual funds or ulips?

SCOPE OF THE STUDY:

Subject matter is related to the investors approach towards mutual funds and ulips. People of age between 20 to 60 Area limited to Chandigarh. Demographics include names, age, qualification, occupation, marital status and annual income.
