We can say that media are all devices which provide us information and allow us to communicate with other people. There are several kinds of media. Throughout history have gone appearing media that have played its role as instruments of communication. Since writing was invented a lot of types of documents like papyrus, parchments and books was providing information to a minority part of society. The invention of printing produced a better access to information. Newspapers are the best printed media in order to get information. They have news, letters, op-eds, photos, advertisements, etc The advantage of newspaper is that you can read more carefully the news and it gives you time to think. TV and radio are more modern media. They are faster and more direct than written press. Specially TV because an image is worth a thousand words. You can see a lot of. Finally, over the last two decades, Internet has revolutions the mass media. You can access quickly and free of charge to the main newpapers, nationals and internationals, even you can write a comment in most of them. Expressing your opinion is easy and cheap. This the truly revolution of the communication.
