MOTION TO RELEASE MONETARY AWARD

COMES NOW, the complainant, and unto this

Honorable Office, respectfully avers that:

1. By virtue of the Decision by NLRC 1st Division dated 22

June 2011 and Entry of Judgment dated 19 September 2011, complainant moved for the issuance of a writ of execution on 5 March 2012. (copies of which are hereto attached as ANNEXES A, and B, respectively).
2. In an Order dated May 22, 2012, the Honorable Labor

Arbiter granted the motion and issued a Writ of Execution in favor of the complainant. (hereto attached as ANNEX C)

PRAYER WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed unto this Honorable Office to order the NLRC Cashier to accordingly cause the release in favor of the complainant the adjudged monetary award. 19 June 2012, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
