Involves An Incompatibility Between Job Task, Resources, Rules Or Policies And Other People. Role ambiguity may be due to inadequate proper training, poor communication or the deliberate withholding or distortion of information by a co-worker or supervisor.

Expectations from Front Line Executives


To be perceived as a role model by the employees. To demonstrate qualities like discipline, honesty and productivity at work. To maintain the dignity and decorum of the workplace. To follow company rules, regulations and decisions of management. To show respect for seniors including following instructions and advice.

Key Task Requirement of Front Line Executives


Positive mental attitude. Learning attitude. Develop competence in the job. Clear knowledge about company policies, procedures & rules and regulations. Adherence to Standard Operating / Maintenance practices. Ability to communicate. Build and maintain a team. Develop self control under pressure. Active participation in solving problem.
