Justin Frances D. Manuel is an incoming second year who is currently taking bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the College of Arts and Sciences. Her first choice was to study in UP Diliman but she was admitted here in UP Manila. She grew up in the province with her family but now that she and her blockmates are required to attend summer classes, she has no choice but to stay here in Manila. When she was little, she thought she would be the only child. The best year of her life was when they were blessed with a baby boy. Although their age gap is quite far, she was very happy because she was going to have a new playmate. Another person that makes her happy is Agatha Christie, her favorite author who had written a lot of books such as The Mouse Trap, Death of the Nile and The Mysterious Affair at Styles. Justin would really want to meet this famous person because of her skill in writing with suspense. Unfortunately, she would not have the chance to meet her because she already passed away. If she would be given a chance to choose where she wants to live, she said it would be in England because of the beautiful places she could visit. She is also fascinated on their culture and the way they dress and speak. But if she could be anywhere right now, she would want to go home in her province. While studying here in UP Manila for two semesters, she has gone through a lot of challenges and problems. Because she needed to be separated from her family, she faces these problems alone.
