RUSK Method In a pan put together 2 cup flour, cup castor sugar, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 egg, 1 tsp

sp yeast, cup dry milk powder and knead to dough with lukewarm water as required. Cover and keep aside till rise well. Then knead it once again. Put mixture in a mold, bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven cut into slices and bake again till crisp.
