Assess current circumstances of ICT access and uptake especially in rural areas Research on existing ICT application, knowladge and wisdom in rural communities Raise ICT awareness and promote the uptake especially in rural communities through various training and knowladge transfer Strengthen and enhance ICT skill and knowladge among public and private sectors as well as NGOs and academia Develop ICT applications which meet the local needs; Create a knowladge base which will be made available for anyone Exchange culture between Korean volunteers and local people Provide an opportunity for the volunteers to work with international organizations and to gain working experience in foreign countries
