In this past two weeks, I was asked to completing working paper section prepaid expense.

It is quite hard to do this section because there are so many data that we must be recalculated. I got problems when I should classify the data given into two different major groups in the working paper. My senior briefly explained how to do it in easy way. However, the explanation sounds easier than the practical. When I tried to do it, I could not finish arrange one data in a day while on the other hand, I have bunch of data to be recalculated. I started thinking another way to do it. Firstly, I tried to sort the data using filter, but it doesnt work either. My senior realized that I stuck in do this section. He reviewed my workdone for a minute and asked me what my problem is. I told him that my problem is in classifying the data. Because there are too many items that I have to input, I would run out of time if I did it manually as I did all these days. Then, he gave me suggestion to use pivot table in order to finish this section faster. But the new problem appeared. I dont know how to use pivot table. I admitted that I did not pay attention too much in the class when the lecturer explain how to use this facilitation. I thought that it is complicated and I would never use pivot table. Luckily, my senior showed how to operate it. And in fact, using it is easy and make me easier in finishing doing this section.
