Anyone who has not either graduated from High School or turned 18 by the date of the trip will need to be accompanied by a parent or other adult willing to be responsible for them in the event of an emergency. Please initial the following I understand that this trip has an initial investment of $250 per person and may require more from each individual depending on the success of our fundraising efforts

Housing /food info: Housing may be in rooms (hotel style) or dorm style depending on the trip logistics. These wont be known until closer to the date. Married couples will stay together whenever possible. Unmarried team members will share rooms with members of the same sex. In the case of dorm style housing, men and women will be housed separately.

Food is provided for either by the village we are drilling in or else through the team house and is native to the culture. If you have any unique food requirements, they need to be made known early in the planning stage, but it is possible that they wont be able to be completely accommodated for.
Acceptance or rejection of this application is up to the discretion of the team leader and is based solely on the requirements stated and / or the safety and well being of the applicant and/or team.
