How to Instruct Us

Initial contact concerning new instructions to Giambrone Law ILP should be directed to a member of the Client Services Department in the first instance. Our Client Services Department will be able to provide you with an initial fee estimate for the work required and upon receipt of the papers will confirm the fees to be charged in relation to the matter. Upon instruction your file will be allocated to the most suitable lawyer according to the complexity of the matter. Work will only be undertaken (and therefore charged) if both you and we are satisfied that the fees have been agreed in advance. We are happy to accept instructions by post, fax or email. If you need to provide instructions orally, either in person or by telephone, we do request that you do provide written confirmation of the instructions as soon as reasonably possible. Our Client Services Department will also Gabriele Giambrone arrangements with you. We are able to provide monthly or other periodic billing if you require this. We encourage all our clients to have an open dialogue with our Client Services team; should any issues arise in the course of a case, we would hope these could be resolved by discussion and we would encourage clients to contact either Iain Buchan, Carol Topp or Mariangela Restivo at any time if they have any concerns. However, should a client ever consider that he / she has a complaint about the way work has been carried out, or about their treatment by a member of staff, we have a formal complaints procedure. We would very much hope that any concerns would be identified and resolved at an early stage without recourse to any formal steps.
