Step 1. Right click on Desktop. New>Text Document. Hit Delete key (to clear out name of file). Type "All China". Hit Enter key. Step 2. Get on internet (with your internet browser). Go to this website: www COUNTRYipBLOCKS.NET See large white box, at upper-right of this page. Above this box, select "IP Range". Inside the large white box, select "CHINA". Just below the large white box, click on the "Choose Countries" button.

A new internet page loads. See large white box, at left side of page. Select all text in this box. Right click on this text. Select "Copy". Minimize your browser window. 2 click on "All China" icon on Desktop. Right click in big white space. Select "Paste". See menu Text. File>Save. Step 3. With "All China" file still open in Notepad, ignore text at top, to the right of "#", as these are comment lines. The goal is to take out all spaces, to the left and right of the dash (-). See menu text. Edit>Replace. In Find What box, type "0 - 5". In Replace with box, type "0-5". Click "Replace All" button. File>Save. 1

In Find What box, type "0 - 6". In Replace with box, type "0-6". Click "Replace All" button. File>Save.

In Find What box, type "0 - 110". In Replace with box, type "0-110". Click "Replace All" button. File>Save. Repeat, till most of spaces are removed. Any spaces not yet removed, can be manually removed. File>Save. Step 4. Get on internet (with your internet browser). Go to www.david-pye.com/index.php?page=freeware Scroll down page. In middle of page, see bold text that says "Text Magician". Download this file (283k size). 2 click on (Text Magician install file) install file, to install. Find Text Magician at: Start>Text Magician>Text Magician. (Optionally, you can create a Desktop icon for Text Magician). Open Text Magician. You see text "Text Magician...This program is completely free for everyone to enjoy!" at the very top. At upper-left, click on "Add files" button. Drive c>Documents and Settings>Owner>All China. Hit "Open" button. ________________________________________________ In the "Add text to the start of each line" box, type "Country of China " . Hit "Do it!" button. Hit "ok", and exit from Text Magician.

Step 5. On Desktop, 2 click "All China" icon. Remove "Country of China " text from left of all"#" comment lines. File>Save. Close "All China.txt". Rename "All China.txt" to "All China.p2p". 2

DONE.

It includes mostly text. You will see each Country selected, in the "Countries" box. Under the text "Formatting", select PeerGuardian. Click the grey color "Generate" button. The page reloads. Copy and paste into a text (.txt) file. Rename the text file anyname.p2p , and use with PeerBlock.

Posts: 5 March 30, 2010 08:59PM In PB, click [List Manager], then the [Add] button. In the Add List window, ensure the Type radio button is marked to Block and the Add URL radio button is checked. In the Add URL text field type: http: //list.iblocklist.com/?list=cn OCD? Type China in the Description field. Hit [OK] China blocked.

Dont like to type? Text in the Add URL dropdown field can be edited. Use the drop down to select the http: //list.iblocklist.com/lists/bluetack/edu line. Replace lists/bluetack/edu with ?list=cn China blocking takes only seconds. Other countries/country codes and lists available at the iblocklist.com website e.g., ?list=ru for Russia. PLEASE NOTE: IGNORE/OMIT THE SPACE AFTER http IN THE ABOVE EXAMPLES. IF YOU COPY/PASTE THIS URL, REMOVE THE SPACE AFTER HTTP ! (Its there to bypass forum URL autoformatting.)

April 17, 2011 01:11PM Thanks i was looking for this longtime 1 thing you can do fast way with rename " - " for "-" replace all For peerblock work this way, with magician add name of country and ":" at the end. example:ip-ip Thanks again.
