10-Year Note (1.472) My monthly value level is 1.568 with a weekly pivot at 1.454, and daily and semiannual risky levels at 1.401 and 1.389. Comex Gold ($1588.6) Daily and annual value levels are $1546.4 and $1388.4 with annual and monthly pivots at $1575.8 and $1578.3, and weekly, semiannual and quarterly risky levels at $1596.6, $1643.3, $1702.5 and $1805.8. The 50-day / 200-day SMAs: $1590.8 / $1660.1. Nymex Crude Oil ($88.30) Daily, weekly and semiannual value levels are $84.90, $79.08 and $76.71 with monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at $100.47, $103.58 and $107.63. The Euro (1.2274) Monthly, weekly, and daily and semiannual value levels are 1.2168, 1.2134 and 1.1944 with my semiannual risky level at 1.2917.

The bulls do not want to see three consecutive weekly closes below my annual pivot at 1363.2. This would likely slow down the positive trend in weekly momentum. The major averages ended Monday straddling their five-week modified moving averages. We need weekly closes above all of them. If the SPX stays below 1363.2 at Fridays close the downside risk is to my annual pivot at 12,312 on the Dow Industrial Average. Above 1363.2 SPX is upside to monthly and annual risky levels at 834.07 and 836.15 on the Russell 2000. I also show weekly risky levels at; 12,907 Dow Industrials, 1378.1 SPX, 2976 NASDAQ, 5353 Dow Transports and 814.37 Russell 2000. The five-week modified moving averages are key supports at; 12,731 Dow Industrials, 1346.8 SPX, 2906 NASDAQ, 5141 Dow Transports, and 788.72 Russell 2000.
Daily Dow: (12,727) Daily, annual and semiannual value levels are 12,494, 12,312 and 10,738 with weekly, monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at 12,907, 13,473, 14,032 and 14,493. S&P 500 (1353.6) Daily and semiannual value levels are 1327.4 and 1059.7 with my annual pivot at 1363.2, and weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual risky levels at 1378.1, 1418.6, 1539.8 and 1562.9. NASDAQ (2897) Daily, annual and semiannual value levels are 2847, 2698 and 2527 with weekly, monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at 2976, 3058, 3232 and 3348. Dow Transports (5150) Daily and semiannual value levels are 5078, 4449 and 4129 with weekly, monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at 5353, 5422, 5861, 6111 and 6044. The all time high is 5627.85 set on July 11, 2011. Russell 2000 (796.66) Daily and semiannual value levels are 781.68 and 686.25 with weekly, monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at 814.37, 834.07, 836.15 and 933.42.
