Articulating/knuckleboomtruckcranesthat delivermaterialtoaconstructionsitewhen thecraneisusedtotransferbuildingsupply sheetgoodsorbuildingsupplypackaged materialsfromthetruckcraneontoa structure,usingafork/cradleattheendof theboom,butonlywhenthetruckcraneis equippedwithaproperlyfunctioning automaticoverloadpreventiondevice.Such sheetgoodsorpackagedmaterialsinclude, butarenotlimitedto:sheetsofsheetrock, sheetsofplywood,bagsofcement,sheetsor packagesofroofingshingles,androllsof roofingfelt. Thematerialbeinghandledbythe articulating/knuckleboomcraneisa prefabricatedcomponent.Suchprefabricated componentsinclude,butarenotlimitedto: precastconcretemembersorpanels,roof trusses(wooden,coldformedmetal,steel,or othermaterial),prefabricatedbuilding sectionssuchas,butnotlimitedto:floor panels,wallpanels,roofpanels,roof structures,orsimilaritems; Thematerialbeinghandledbythecraneisa structuralsteelmember(forexample,steel joists,beams,columns,steeldecking (bundledorunbundled)oracomponentofa systemsengineeredmetalbuilding(as definedin29CFR1926subpartR). Theactivityisnotspecificallyexcludedunder 1400(c)(17)(i)and(ii).
