Ensure team members remain fit for duty, proficient in occupational skills, and prepared to fill positions of greater responsibility. US Army Reserves, Ft. Dix, NJ 08/2011 - 01/2012 First Lieutenant, Company Commander Served as Company Commander; directly responsible for 37 Soldiers who trained over 4,000 Service Members per month in six different training areas. Implemented plans to increase physical performance, ability, and readiness with no ill effects on Soldiers daily mission. Identified issues and completed upgrades on all six training areas, working in conjunction with five separate outside organizations. US Army Reserves, Ft. Dix, NJ 09/2010 - 08/2011 First Lieutenant, Asst. Operations Officer Responsible for coordinating, de-conflicting, planning, and collaborating with two organizations consisting of over 500 members each. Tracked and logged over 2,500 training events in eleven months, identified trends that led to increased training efficiency and economy of training time. Planned and led weapons training for 120 Soldiers that spanned three days, two weapons systems, and over 10,000 rounds of ammunition. Achieved 96% pass rate with no affect on the training of deploying Service Members. US Army Reserves, Syracuse, NY 03/2010 - 09/2010 Second Lieutenant, Asst. Personnel Officer Responsible for tracking evaluations and awards for over 120 Soldiers; allowing two Soldiers to be awarded Purple Hearts earned in 2004.
