The government has issued participation bonds to the tune of 30,000

billion rials in a bid to assist the real estate developers nationwide.
According to Tabnak news, from now on, 300 million rials in housing loans
will be paid to the new residential units being built by independent applicants or
real estate developers.
The Central Bank of Iran will allocate the cash from the Oil Stabilization
Fund. About $2 billion in investment and $2 billion as foreign exchange deposit
will be paid to the Maskan (Housing) Bank.
This year the agent banks will also be paying 75,000 billion rials in loans
to the real estate developers participating in the Maskan Mehr Scheme. The
banks are allocating 20 percent of their resources for the purpose.
The government has been successful in stabilizing the housing market.
The introduction of an encoding system to track down real estate deals will
similarly help minimize middleman activities in the sector. The digital signature
scheme will help regulate buying, selling and renting residential units. Reports
suggest that in light of the new policies, prices of construction materials have
similarly gone down during the same period.

Big Gains Gone, But Bonds Do
Well

Stocks tumbled Tuesday, nearly erasing the previous session's big gains, after
fresh concerns about the stability of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. punctured a sense of
optimism about the financial sector. Each of the major indexes lost more than 2 percent.
The Dow Jones industrials fell nearly 300 points. Meanwhile, bond prices jumped as
investors sought the safety of government debt. Wall Street's pullback came one day after
the biggest single-session rally in a month in the Dow, so some retrenchment was to be
expected.

Maintaining a good relationship is part of living healthy. Your communication skills are important to
maintaining those relationships that help you be healthy. How do you communicate? How often do you
communicate? Do you initiate conversation? The people we interact with on a regular basis see you at your
best and at your worst. You probably want a healthy overflow of those best moments. Communicating wisely
and effectively can help you. No one likes to be offended and no one likes to be insulted. These are common
sense statements, but it is amazing how often this is ignored. The usage of profanities in any conversation
can be taken as insults at anytime. One of the best ways to avoid this mistake is to make a conscious choice
to not use profanity. Insults can come in two forms, words and/or gestures. You can avoid a lot of problems
by thinking before you speak. Choosing your words before sharing them may be all you need to bring a
smile to someone’s face rather than a frown. Think about how you communicate. Sometimes the way you
say something can mean the exact opposite of what you intended. Think about the message your body
communicates to others. Crossing your arms can send the message that you don’t care or you can’t be
bothered with the message being communicated to you. When was the last time you called that “best
friend?” Part of communicating is taking the time to say I care by starting conversation and initiating the
contact whether it be by phone, email or in person. Do you initiate contact with your friends and family? Do
you call and share your thoughts and concerns? Sometimes it's up to you to make the contact and this is a
healthy way of communicating to others that you care about them. Take the initiative to say that you care.

advantage = can be contacted anytime, can be a good gadget to deal with boredom, like mp3 in
mobile phones these days, or camera that can capture images or videos if there is a special
event or need.

disadvantage = flat battery, signals that may affect some stereo, annoying due to ringing of the
phone in public, accidents such as using mobile phones in cars while driving

hope it helped

The advantage -- you can call for help if needed, people can find you if they need to.

The disadvantage -- People can find you if they need to. But you don't have to answer the phone.
That's what caller ID is for!

Basically, I use my phone as a tool for needing to ask a question of someone when I am out --
like, Can I get you something from the store..and such.

But then I get pesky phone calls from someone I might not want to talk to every now and then. I
just let it go to the voice mail and I can always say that I didn't get reception or hear my phone
ring.

Another good thing is when I am shopping, I can go in one direction -- husband can go in the
other -- and we call each other when we are done to find each other.

Advantages:

• you can carry a mobile phone with you so you don't miss important calls
• if you are lost, you can call for directions
• if you are in an accident, you can call the police or ambulance - and if the phone
has a camera, you can take pictures of the accident
• you can listen to music, text, play games when you're bored
• most mobile phones have a calculator and a phone book
• you can use a mobile phone to call your customers or boss if you are running late
to a meeting

Disadvantages:

• mobile phones can be expensive

• they can damage your ear
• sometimes the reception is poor in some areas, limiting your connectivity (you
can't talk underground or on planes)
• people use bluetooth and the camera in bad ways
• people use the phone while they are driving, and this can cause problems
• Do not say “Honey, Sweetie, or Darling,” unless of course you happen to be the mother or
the nanny of the person who is calling you.
• Be mindful of the tone of voice that you use when you answer.
• Be sure to identify yourself immediately when the person you are calling answers.
• Take the time to say “Hello.” I have had two recent instances when I have placed a call
and the person answered with, “I will call you back…dial tone,” or “Yeah?”
• If you are answering someone else’s phone, it is also a good practice to say hello instead
of, “Jennifer’s Phone.” The caller knows whose phone they are calling. After all, they did
dial the number.
• If you happen to be screening calls as most corporate offices do, do it gracefully without
acting like a bodyguard and offending the person who is calling.
• Do not eat on the phone. I actually heard the sound of someone crunching in the
background recently. I could not believe that someone over the age of five would do such
a thing.
• RETURN PHONE CALLS. I cannot say it loudly and clearly enough. We find the time to
do the things that we need to do each and every day. It only takes a few seconds to call
someone back or to send an e-mail explaining that you will call them back when you are
available. Not returning a phone call is the worst offense and inexcusable.
• Let the person that calls you end the conversation. Sometimes, this is not possible; we all
get those callers who talk incessantly. When this happens, you have to be the one to end
the conversation, but end it kindly.
