JA w. Dr. George Pratt - A quick review of JA's chat w. Dr.

Pratt & some take-aways to share with the group at large... CRAP Conflicts, Resistance, Anxiety, Problems Day 1 - Mindset Day 2 - Strategies & Tactics Day 3 - Systems | Beliefs, Habits, Emotions, Perceptions | What, Why, How | People, Processes, Predictable

Right at the outset, (02:35 to be precise), John lets off a stirring volley!, which summed up the next 76 mins! (Take-away) "What I learnt is that the 3lb matter between my ears (was The Key); that when I COULD & WOULD (my emphasis) manage all the stories, excuses & reasons for not getting past where I was at that time, (I made Quantum Leaps), and if I'd not done that (i.e. managed all the stories, excuses & reasons for not getting past), nothing else would've made any difference to my (quest for) success. I believe the single best thing you can do for your success, bar none is to KNOW THYSELF"

Dr. GP talked about "The CRIPPLING effects of Chronic Conscious Anger/ Fear or Stress & even worse, UNCONSCIOUS Fear/ Worry/ Doubt/ Anxiety is the REAL crippler ... "There is a 1: 1 MILLION ratio between the rate of conscious & unconscious responses! (WOW!). For every 40 neurons that fire as a result of conscious effort, 40 MILLION fire unconsciously! (& it is THESE that dictate our Thoughts, Feelings, Actions, Habits; and ultimately decide who we become)

(Take-away) We therefore, have the ability to change who we will be by reprogramming our subconscious to align with who we want to be; by clearing & letting go of who we've been in the past (using GP's guided procedures incl. neuromuscular feedback to clear subconscious perception & JA's Brain Entrainment Innercises)

(Observation) Our behaviour patterns are a result of subconscious programming/ stories we've inherited/ accumulated during our formative years around major beliefs to do with feeling Worthy, Safe, Capable, Lovable, Belonging, Powerful, Confident & Certain, Balanced (or lack thereof)

GP: (By integrating eastern & western approaches to healing), we are able to use Neuromuscular Feedback to clear subconscious (mis)perceptions because these faulty perceptions in the subconscious level result in Guilt, and (whether you know it or not, like it or not), Guilt seeks Punishment!, which is why several successful people will sabotage their own success & are doomed to repeat a cycle of success & failure until these blocks (like rocks in a river) are cleared. (Powerful Take-away) GP: "Treat yourself like a Diamond that has lots of facets, there may be some mud on it, but so what! We can clear it & get you on your way!!" (Observation) "We see everything around us, not as they are, but thru' the lens of perception" You react to your environment based on how you perceive it, or how you believe it to be true. Your emotions respond accordingly! We don't see the world as it is, we see the world as we are! Around the 35.00 min mark, John asked Dr. GP, "What are the best techniques for releasing fear, selfdoubt, anxiety, procrastination?" Dr. GP wise response was , "Develop mind/ body system for resolving the negative emotions of fear, anger, guilt, regret, grief; and In order to have a 'streamlined' journey (w. minimal drag coefficient), towards your goal/ vision, you must learn to change emotional & physical responses to past, present or future negative events & circumstances ... "

... Which means, "You have to release the blockages, else you won't get to your vision; or if you do, your drag coefficient will be very high! (like a flat surface going head-on into the wind!)"

Concluding discussion around "Our Thoughts produce Energy" (which can be mapped with FMRI, Kirilian Photographs etc); so we do become what we consume (by way of food, both physical food & mental food, ie thoughts)

I remind myself every day with one of my mentor's quotes, "What Thoughts Are You Allowing to Rent Space in Your Mind, Right Now??"
